A little bite of heaven

Off the 5 freeway in Old Town Tustin is a small little Japanese French bakery that has these wonderful fluffy bites of heaven.

Many years ago I had a parent of a child that I taught bring me a bakery box filled with these scrumptious fluffy sweet rolls with a sweet (but not too sweet) light custard filling. Ooh those pastries were entirely too delicious to eat just one!

Now I bring my own daughter there and she also agrees, Cream Pan's are wonderful!
